Haha, oops. I guess I've unintentionally caused some trouble for Ryle Hira by joining and then not saying anything. Sorry about that. Well, talking about myself isn't something I'm a fan of, but I guess I'll mention that I'm currently squatting in Brighton while I weigh my options for a more permanent residence in the future. Ann Arbor might be nice. From 2006-2010 I lived (survived, more like) in Detroit, but to be honest the city just wasn't for me.

I've never considered myself an artist, but I do draw, write, and work with 3D modeling and animation for fun. Maybe someday I'll have the balls to try and make a living off doing it. Anyway, thank you Ryle Hira for talking me into joining this site, and thank you everyone else for welcoming me.

No worries, they are just all curious about the new girl :) Thought I'd poke ya a bit to give them a little snippet. I did the same thing when I started around here. Oh and dont mind pRick, he thinks everyone is as perverted as he is...

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

      Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

      Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
