IF you have been foreclosed on and you live in Michigan you need to look into this. Michigan court has ruled that Mortgage Electronic Registration System had no authority to foreclose homes in the state of Michigan. There is also a million dollar class action law suite agents them. I thought I heard something about that--that many of the foreclosures in Wayne County may have been performed illegally. I hope those who lost their homes get it back plus compensation.
