The street team is not "fully launched" at the moment.

I'm working on revamping the Street Team. Right now I'm just working on the way the (behind the scenes) permissions / visuals overlap with members/moderators/supporters/benefactors.

The new ST icon is the "crest" in my profile

There also should be a (number) next to all street team members names on the who's online list. The number next to the users name in the who's online list should be the same as the number inside the crest (in my case 5)

Please let me know if you seem to be having trouble seeing these things or if your ability to post/view things is glitchy (or if its not).

Some people probably have no clue what the street team is:

1. The No1. Thing we need help with is Promotion. The Street Team is for more "focused" people willing to help promote DGN. You don't , of course need to be on the street team to help promote. The street team is semi on-hold for the moment while i rework it.

2. You can still ask to right now join if:

- You can promise to try and promote DGN at least once a week (even if that just means to the girl at the drive through at McDonalds) , a club / online / is better.

- Promise to maintain at least minimal posting activiy on the board (a few posts a week or so nothing drastic) but more is always better.

- PM me to ask to join.

- Once one person joins (or has already joined) and makes 50+ posts your in, not before. (the number inside the crest represents your street team "rank" , usually the number of people you've refered, with the exception of a DGN bumper sticker picture adding +1.

My main concern is the way the group permissions work is that someones permissions will get screwed up, like say the "street team permissions" which is basicly just the same as a regular user, might overwrite moderator permissions. Or, say Benfactors which should be able to avoid the flood filter being "steppped on" in the same manner.

To a lesser extent the same thing can happen with that little (1) (2) (5) number that should show up next to ST members names when they are online, like in the above example Rayne's name should show up with a (1) next to it in the who's online list. Problem is that is hard for me to test , as i just have to happen to be online at the same time as the users are to test that part.

Its back I was probably just messing with something at the moment.

Now also the crests look different depending on your ST "level" (From a technical standpoint your "rank" is set like this Level 1-4 = "Rank One" Level "5-9" = "Rank Two" Level 10+ = "Rank Three", if that wasnt confusing enough. =D

Level 1-4 (Rank 1)

Level 5-9 (Rank 2)

Level 10+ (Rank 3)

Currently no one is higher than 5 as I've not 100% cemented how i want to do it yet, and there are only 3 people that actually qualify for anything above rank 5 at the moment.
