Not that I don't think the guy is a douche, but with the MASSIVE overcrowding of prisons, a guy like this , who is probably a saint in jail compared to your average gang banger rapist, is the kind of person you let out on parole. That is one of the ideas of the parole system, one of the key elements of which is to encourage good behavior inside the prison and determine if they are still a "menace to society" or not, without his position, he really cant do much of anything. Other than wear his "I'm a douche" T-Shirts and try not to be seen in public.
