Somehow the auto-renew didn't work with the payment to Invision Power Services (not due to lack of funds) and I had to manually go in and do it. Really odd since normally 1. there is a "your renewal is coming up" email, (which there was not) then if you don't pay it then gives you a few days grace period. (nope) None of which should even matter since it is supposed to be automatic anyhow.

Things are fine now, but I' triple checked our account settings and sent a series messages to a couple different IPS departments to have them check our account and figure out why its not auto renewing.
