The Member Menu Sorts by join date

The members list (at the top of the board) now sorts by join date, that is, it shows the newest people first (it wasn't possible in a few years ago without some coding that was beyond me) they changed how it works a bit so it was less rocket-science and I was able to edit it to work that way.

For a long time it sorted by the totally useless alpha-order (pointless with a list that is so long). Might seem like a minor thing to most readers, but its been a pain to figure out who the newer people are until now. (had to do a custom search with the advanced filters)
