DGN Night, September 3rd Aftermath

I was working, first day on my new job, didn't get home until 2am!

I would have been there but I was work perimeter security for Arts Beats and Eats, when hurricane rape came threw and closed it down for awhile.

Here's my breakdown :D

-The Good!

Saw Troy, Shaun, and a couple of friends who aren't DGNers. Danced a lot! :D Met Riku and quite a few non-DGN friends (time to convert >:3 )

-The Bad D:

Creepy guys are still creepy. Wore the wrong shoes so my feet hurt. Didn't eat enough so I was pretty loopy, even without drinking. Dropped my first water bottle, so I had to buy water twice :/

-The Ugly T_T

Mace hurts like a bitch... I don't think I've ever been that terrified of choking to death in my life. I was sitting right by the door, talking to someone I was trying to impress. I thought, 'oh man, there's a tickle in my throat, I'll just stick it out. Hmm, clearing my throat didn't really help. I'll take a drink of some water. Maybe I inhaled it incorrectly? Hmm, everyone around me is coughing too... JESUS FUCK WE'RE BEING ATTACKED I'M GOING TO SUFFOCATE AND DIE!!!!1111eleventy1!!'

Yup, overreaction is my forte. Still feels like I'm breathing sandpaper T^T I can only imagine how the people outside felt.

I experienced the mace down in the smoking room. I was talking with people and got that weird tickle. I was like "Da fuck? Why do I feel like coughing?" and I just couldn't stop. It was just that odd feeling in your throat.

Apparently a friend of a friend got it in the eyes.

But yeah, was randomly coughing throughout the night.

I was there, haven't met anyone yet. I was dancing, and this couple comes up and goes "How do you do that with your feet?" So I showed them. Was fun watching them learn! Can't get enough of that music.

I asked a member of the staff about the mace incident. This is what they had to say-

Ok heres what happened. NOBODY sprayed mace at the bar. There was a fight outside and one of our bouncers got maced on the stairs. The fans carried it up into PART of the club and everyone went into a panic attack. I was right by the door myself and only coughed for a minute. Everyone is alright though. Chris got hurt and duncan got maced but nobody was really damaged. Not that exciting.

Just in case anyone wondered where the mace came from or if somebody had gotten it inside the club.
