For just one night, SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 12th, PLASTIC PASSION will spin out of its retro nostalgia into the now-tro of the 21st CENTURY - whaaaat!?

Yes! To prove we're not all old farts, Josh will play nothing but danceable favorites released 2000-2011 from electro and indie-pop contemporaires like Arcade Fire, LCD Soundsystem, Interpol, The Knife, Ladytron, MGMT, Phantogram, Vampire Weekend, Zola Jesus, Blonde Redhead, Crystal ...Castles, The Bravery, Passion Pit, The National, Franz Ferdinand, Peter Bjorn & John, Camera Obscura, VNV Nation, Ohgr, Bloc Party, M83.....as well NEW stuff from your legendary PP favorites: Depeche Mode, Cure, Siouxsie, Nitzer Ebb, Bjork, OMD, Morrissey, Duran Duran, Peter Murphy, etc., etc. (why yes, they are still recording music!)

21st Century visual stimulation on 7 video screens provided by Justin. Strong pours for you modern drunkards provided by Rachel. Get there before 11 for half off drinks!

The Red Room is located in the basement of Necto.

516 E. Liberty, Downtown Ann Arbor

Note: there's a separate Red Room entrance on our nights specifically for the PP crowd. When you enter Necto from the street, be sure to tell the folks at the door you're there for Plastic Passion and go down the new stairwell to the right (not up).
