Daevion Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 yeah, I want see this one....although I'll probably have to bribe my GF to get her to go since she hates comic book movies, except for xmen.
Guest MsMaldoror Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 BS9 and I went to see it yesterday. We both really enjoyed it.
Shade Everdark Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 I rather enjoyed it. It's not flashy or showy; this is gritty, nuts & bolts, closer-to-real-world stuff. There isn't much glitz or glamour in this Gotham City. It's the way I sort of imagine Batman and Gotham should be.
gothicmom Posted June 30, 2005 Posted June 30, 2005 I want to see this......not sure if it's 6 year old friendly......Bishop assumes that I really don't care to see it. hmmmm, me thinks i'm in a mood......scarey
Shade Everdark Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 I'm not sure if I would call it better, but it is probably closer to the ideal of Batman than the Tim Burton films.
phee Posted July 1, 2005 Author Posted July 1, 2005 I really liked Scarecrow. Yeah that was was one of my favorite parts of the movie!
Soulrev Posted July 1, 2005 Posted July 1, 2005 I didn't care for this movie I thought it was kinda stupid and they changed the original storyline.. The Joker killed his parents in the originals. I dunno but the guy who played Scarecrow was pretty good lookin'
DarkVampire Posted July 3, 2005 Posted July 3, 2005 I liked Burton's version. Much darker. The ones that Schumacher did brought the franchise down. :doh
