yea I think rice is for when it gets wet and you dry it out by letting the battery sit in it overnight...dryers..idk..that sucks..u should um...keep us posted. Good luck. Hugs.

K...wait...how the hell did it end up in the dryer? I'm no brain surgeon but wouldn't you have washed it first and noticed it after the washer stopped? Or were you releasing wrinkles...irons work better, hun.

I've thrown objects into the dryer by accident without them going through the washer. I set the wet clothes on top of the dryer then grabbed everything and tossed it all in. Once I was done, I couldn't find my apple. Dryers are great for dehydrating fruit. LOL.

I'm a little foggy on how it got into the dryer without me noticing it from the washer first. But this is not the first time. I can remember the CLANG BANG BAM sound of my wallet going around in the dryer too.

This rice thing has been suggested to me by like 10 people over the years, i , myself think its some sort of voodoo nonsense. If the phone dries out and starts working while sitting in a jar of rice.. it just would have dried out anyway and just happened to be in rice. But, you'd be shocked how many people suggest this. (its in the rice now lol) prolly pull it out later today.
