KatRN05 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 (edited) Just thought I'd start a new discussion on this. I think it would be great to post what workout we did in order to promote accountability and motivate each other. Today, I went to kickboxing class. Edited July 1, 2014 by KatRN05

Raev Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Today begins my programs "deload week". 4 training days of training light, to give the central nervous system time to recover, give muscles/joints/ligaments/connective tissue time to heal and repair....then I add more weight to the bar and start the cycle over again!
Anna Phylaxis Posted July 2, 2014 Posted July 2, 2014 Today, it was just straight-up cardio and core. Tonight, I skate.
KatRN05 Posted July 2, 2014 Author Posted July 2, 2014 My legs are sore from yesterday. I'm going to kettlebell class soon. I wonder what we're doing. Maybe 300s? 300 kb swings, 300 goblet squats, and 300 kb deadlifts? Oh dear...
KatRN05 Posted July 3, 2014 Author Posted July 3, 2014 For the record, I hate kettlebell cleans as much as I hate burpees and whatever those plank/jumping jack things are..
Soulrev Posted July 5, 2014 Posted July 5, 2014 I logged 18.7 miles on my pedometer at work yesterday. I run a trimmer all day at a landscaping job. Muscles getting bigger. Life getting better. Hooah.
KatRN05 Posted July 5, 2014 Author Posted July 5, 2014 Just got home from work and about to go for a run.
KatRN05 Posted July 5, 2014 Author Posted July 5, 2014 I did run/walk intervals for a mile. What can I say? I guess a mile is kind of weak but I did just work 12 hours and I am a bit out of shape.
torn asunder Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 last night: squats, decline bench, pronated wide-grip lat pulldowns, seated face pulls, suitcase crunches.
torn asunder Posted July 7, 2014 Posted July 7, 2014 1 mile run, sprint a block, walk the last 50 ft, repeat. made it in under 11 min.
