KatRN05 Posted August 18, 2014 Author Posted August 18, 2014 1 mile run of intervals: 30sec run/ 20 sec walk then 20 run on and 10 sec walk. Tabata: 8 rounds of kettlebell swings (25lbs) 20 sec on/ 10 sec rest then 8 rounds of kettlebell deadlifts 20sec on/ 10 sec off.

We have gym equipment in the basement and I've started using it. A few times this week, I've bench pressed, squated, and curled for part of my lunch hour.

I LUV HIM! i have learned so many new moves. booty army workouts for ANY body type you can sit on a palades ball and just do the hand gestures but we watch the blonde girl on the right to keep up sometimes because caleb is a beast. You know Unfortunately I do. I should work out more than I do. Currently it's just whenever I have to lift something heavy, which really doesn't count.

I hate being the fragile flower! I want to be the bulldozer for once! my luck if they're really is reincarnation I get my wish I am born in Africa starving because i cant feed my big burly body now so, there's always that...
