Soulrev Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Yesterday I shoveled about 25 cubic yards of mulch. Today is Tuesday, big mow route.. I average about 16 miles of walking around with a trimmer all day.. I get paid to work out :D lol
KatRN05 Posted July 15, 2014 Author Posted July 15, 2014 Forgot about yesterday's workout. I rowed 1,000 m. Front squats 5x5 with a starting weight of 50lbs and increasing that to 80lbs. Also, I worked on the hang clean and the clean. My wrists are sore.

KatRN05 Posted July 19, 2014 Author Posted July 19, 2014 (edited) Yesterday, I went to CrossFit. We did a 20 minute skill set involving snatches. We had a short WoD. 30 snatch/squat then 5 burpees for every minute past 2 minutes...I ended up doing 15 burpees. It wasn't the hardest WoD. Also, walked around a museum for four hours. KatRN05 Posted July 25, 2014 Author Posted July 25, 2014 Yesterday, I went to open WoD. I didn't do anything crazy. I ran/walked a mile. I did front squats and push press with a 70lb bar. I worked on clean and snatch. After that, I went to Krav Maga conditioning class. We did a lot of striking combinations then front kicks and knees and lots of running. I feel like my lungs go more of a workout.

Tomorrow, I'm going running in the morning and possibly open WOD then ground-fighting class in the evening. I got harassed by one of the guys that trains Krav with me so I'm slowly working my way back.
