Mother Day Cards Made Her Happy

I bought my mother in law 2 mother days cards from me and one from my daughter. I had my daughter sign hers and I did mine then I put them on the kitchen table for her to find them. My mother in law found them and when my daughter and I got back from church, she seem very happy. She made us dinner without complaining about anything and gave my daughter a big hug and thank her for the card. She was nice and happy the rest of the day to us and this morning she did not yell at us even though my daughter was making a fuss about having her hair done. Interesting that a simply mother's day card could bring such peace to the household.

nice little story glad it worked out. When we got to my "GF in laws" mothers house she was realy depressed (not sure what about) but by the time we left she was cheered up so that was good.

I tried to handmake a card twice but screwed it up both times so i just bought a (really) niece pop-up card with butterflies and such on it, and some flowers. She liked them.
