go to your profile and then click your name and choose "followed content" that means youll get some sort of notification on any of that, you need to unfollow things (most of it  doesn't matter because its stuff no one  replies to anymore) and also change your settings. to "unfollow" something click on it and then click the "following" button and just click "unfollow".
