:O:R:I:G:I:N: is a new monthly night at City Club held on the first Friday of the month.  The first one will be this coming April 1st.

It is the evolution of the Liedernacht nights I was doing.  That still exists but will be up in the bar area.  That night featured New Wave / Italio Disco / Punk in the spirit of what the club started out as in 1985.

:O:R:I:G:I:N: is a night dedicated to the Gothic / Industrial / EBM / Synth Pop music from before 2005 and held in the main room.

Myself and Charles English are the residents, with monthly guests.  This month Eve Severe is playing up front and DJ Moondancer will be in the main room with myself.

Also it will be warmer, and all the furnaces are working now.  I also helped to retool the audio system in the main room so it sounds awesome.

I'm excited as hell about this.  If anyone has any questions please fire away.

I know.  Was hoping for a different sort of response, oh well. My fault.

 

Plus I meant 'if I was a newbie' for instance, not that, now reading what I typed, was that clear.

Sounds awesome! Sadly, I am usuallly not in Detroit on Fridays and am usually driving for Uber that night. Maybe I can make a point to get to another one in the future.
