kat (1) Posted December 11, 2016 Posted December 11, 2016 This looked like something I wanted to share. It's true Obama says in here that everyone who's grown up in America has known someone or who they themselves have struggled with dependence. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2016/12/03/prescription-opioid-addiction.aspx?utm_source=dnl&utm_medium=email&utm_content=mv1&utm_campaign=20161211Z1&et_cid=DM128157&et_rid=1792786570
Scary Guy Posted December 12, 2016 Posted December 12, 2016 (edited) I know at least three (almost four) people who have died from heroin overdoses. I think the fact that it's treated as a criminal issue rather than a medical one is a travesty though. But something has to fuel the prison industry and the government's war on the poor. "Oh you're a felon? Congratulations, now you can't vote or own a gun; So not only can you not vote us out but you can't revolt either." Edited December 28, 2016 by Scary Guy Grammar

These people need help, not a prison sentence.
