Draco1958 Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 (edited) Richard Hatch has passed away at the age of 71 due to pancreatic cancer. He entered hospice a few weeks ago. He received a Golden Globe nomination in 1979 for his role a Apollo on Battlestar Galactica. Edited February 8, 2017 by Draco1958
Troy Spiral (13) Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 Well that's a shame. :( He did a really good job playing the rebel leader terrorist / suicidal anarchist turned statesmen in the reboot too.
TronRP Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 I know he did other things in his career, but to me, he will always be Captain Apollo Adama, Viper Space Fighter Pilot of the Battlestar Galactica. Rest in Peace. Richard Hatch May 21, 1945 ~ February 7, 2017
Draco1958 Posted February 9, 2017 Author Posted February 9, 2017 I remember him replacing Michael Douglas in the Streets of San Francisco.
sekhmet2002 Posted February 18, 2017 Posted February 18, 2017 He will be missed. I especially enjoyed his part on the BSG reboot.
