Medical Marijuana in MI

Just wondering, do you guys have extended plant counts like we have in Colorado? Out here, you can have up to 75 plants for most major medical conditions, and 99 for terminal illnesses..

 

Just curious, as I am a cultivator for my girlfriend who has a license for 75..

Hi Soulrev. In Michigan you can have up to 15 plants per patient with up to five patients. So the max is 60 in Michigan.

And you cant count yourself as 1 patient even though it doesn't totally make sense.

I believe they have that rule so the patient isn't also the caretaker.
