What Are You Thinking? (cont'd)

Mostly, we're not sure if we're going to keep it and Snowbird to AZ in the Winter and come back to CO for the heat of the summer, but eventually I think we will live in AZ full time. For now the property in CO is always going up in value so the longer we hold onto it, the more it'll be worth, if we ever choose to sell.

For now we have the option to stay at her cousin's and an option to buy a chunk of the 250 acres they bought. Our ranch in CO also needs a new well - a huge investment - so we're trying to decide if we want to fix the well at a cost of 50-100k, or just buy more land from her cousin. Either way will be good, though! Pretty much can't go wrong buying land, these days. Well, depending on the area of course, but out here, land just keeps going up in price, never down , so there's that..

Also it will take years to move our ranch, if we choose to move it all. I figure at least 3 or 4 of the biggest Penske truck loads, and that's conservative and if we broke everything down into pieces and packed the trucks like Tetris 🤣

I have a very vivid imagination in visualizing that.

Definitely sounds like you have a plan regarding whichever path you decide to take.

Thinking I'd really like to visit the D somehow, on my upcoming trip to Hell, I mean, Indiana, this coming week/weekend. Unfortunately, I don't think I can afford to. I have to keep my trip short due to the responsibilities of owning a ranch, and the fact that we can't depend on other people to do things properly.

However, if somehow we can afford the gas and time, I will make every effort to head that way! Not very often I get East of the Mississippi, so if I can visit Detroit I'd sure love to. Oh well, we'll see!

I am definitely going to have to move closer to work because the drive killed me. I'm excited for the stock options,  though!!

If I have to communicate with another corporate A.I. bot, I can foresee a road trip in my immediate future.

If you get stock options - don't make the same mistake I made, and pass them up! Once upon a time I worked for Home Depot, and they offer stocks to employees. I wanted to, but never did invest in any. Today, I'm kicking myself in the ass for not having bought at least a few.

Back then, Home Depot shares were like 25 dollars per share. Today they're 338 a share. Imagine if I had only bought one or two shares per paycheck? I'd probably be a lot better off right now! 🤷

So yeah don't be like me - make every effort to buy a share here and there, nothing you can't afford to lose, but get some! 🤠👍

My 4 year old niece is dipping her fruit snacks in her cupcake cream and my mom said that's something I would do...and she's right.  So next time I see my niece I'm going to teach her how to drown oreos in milk and eat it them with a spoon.

Out of everything going on in the neighborhood and I get a Blight Violation Ticket for 10 feet of land that was grown as a Butterfly and Finch habitat.  Someone in the neighborhood would have had to report it because it is over 100 feet from the street.  You don't even notice it unless you are specifically looking for it.

But whatever.  They've poked the Bear now.

I should sue these 2 phone scammers for wasting my time.  And if any of my information is compromised, I'm going after those individuals too.

Thinking about how I'm decorating my work office,  I definitely need a lamp because that light overhead is ridiculous.

I have no idea why I'm even on all of these call lists that are on Robo-Dial by A.I.  One is a female voice and the other is a male voice and all they did was change the name that they give you.  I did get put through to a few live people to try to ask them to remove me from their list, but they, the telemarketer, hung up on me.   It's like I'm living "Telemarketers Revenge" for all the years of people handing up on them.   I always spoke with the telemarketer and then wished them a good day before hanging up.  And this is what I get for all of my decades of kindness.  I don't think I deserve this, but the World has lost a lot of the niceties that it used to have when I was growing up.  And no...COVID did not cause this.  I'm also getting tired of that excuse.  Its been 6 years!  People felt they were given the Green Light to be anti-social and rude to your face and now it is part of society just like everything else Mainstream adopts and considers it a cultural add-on.   I just hope I can survive this onslaught of calls blowing up my phone until it dies down.  Else, I will place a block on my number and only allow calls from family, friends and medical associated with my job.

This is crazy.   I had to mute my phone because I am getting 50+ calls a day regarding Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Burial Benefits, a Senior Food Expense Card, a Senior Social Security monthly reimbursement benefit, etc., and I don't qualify for any of it.  I don't even meet the age requirement.   At current, I have 53 missed calls and 38 of them were from yesterday.
