I should hit up the gym since I'm paying for it. Obviously not until the roads are clear for safe travel.

As long as you're breathing, you were fine in their eyes. It's ABC, Airway, Breathing, Circulation.

It sucks that you had to go for that.

Thank you.  I'm going to call the obgyn again tomorrow and beg them to remove this.  I called the obgyn floor at the hospital (because my doctor is usually around there) to see what they recommend and she said if it's something new introduced in my body and I wasn't having this issue before than it probably is the iud but they can't help me because I'm not pregnant 😅

They should remove the gyn from obgyn.

You're welcome. And while I get the OB floor not really be able to help (cuz they do deal with pregnant women/babies), it shoulda been a 'sure, we'll help' with the iud removal.

This is why I do not trust practitioners.  They do stuff to you, bill insurance, get paid and you're on your own.

Partly why I'm half tempted in looking for a second opinion with an Endo.

My belief is that you should always get a second opinion.

You have to remember, doctors are only human and follow the same basic needs as we all do.  It's just that their decision making can put more money in their pockets than the average person and therefore can oftentimes blind them to the true issue at hand.

Never settle when your health is a concern.

That's just my 2 cents.

I plan on it. Prolly after the holidays for sure.

I am doing what I can to get myself better health/weight wise in the mean time.

Did you call your ob about the iud?

Alright, with all luck, I'll get up and going with my alarms at 5 in the morning to hit the gym before work (with a stop for gas). If not, there's after work.

Yea, actually it was already scheduled for a check up but it's another month away. I feel like that is so unacceptable given that I couldn't even work this week it's so bad. The medical system is done.

I'm trying not to overreact, but I am getting worried for you and your health.

The medical system still mainly uses the old adage of one Band-Aid fits all wounds, take 2 and call me in the morning...oh and medical specialists cost extra.

It's how I kinda feel with the endo; here take these too meds and see me in three months.

How about I do something else and I'll come back. The something else is a diet change (a slow go, but working on it), gym (still working on getting my first visit done), and a green tea pill thing to help with burning fat.

I should be changing my room around instead of relaxing.

Spent the day rearranging the room.

This is very upsetting.  My kitchen window fan died yesterday.  I use it to warm my back porch for myself and any strays that need a break from the cold.  After all these years, I was actually shocked to see my breath when I stepped out the door.  Then today happened to be the coldest day we've had in a while, 17 degrees.

I think I finally finished all of the necessary orders...for now.

This year is getting off to a very interesting start for me.  Electronics are dying, bulbs are blowing, my water pipes need replacing, my vehicle needs servicing outside of the regular maintenance and I have been more relaxed than ever.

Sometimes I have to be cautious of speaking about certain things too soon...as well as to whom I say them.

I should start getting myself to the gym. It could be the mindset of seeing as a chore and not something I enjoy doing. Yet, once I start going, it could be an enjoying thing. And getting the timing down so I could possibly do it before work.
