yeah, wow is cheaper then comcast.. Its also slightly faster... you should get it!

I have WOW

I get BAsic Cable, basic cable reciever, and the advaced internet ( 4 meg speed) for $68 a month. I hardly have down time, and the few problems i did have when i first got it (even thoght it took them for ever to figure it out) was corrected and has not acted up since, and they also Gave me there 6 meg service free for 3 months due to all the problems. ( 6 megs kicked ass). Wow give you three or four choices of internet speed to choose from so if you can not afford a high bill getting there lower service is just fine as my mother in law has the lowest they offer and i have seen her speeds just as good as mine(not all the time but it does happen often). Wow Will turn your internet off after you miss paying the second bill in a row, they have only one service payment center i know of, (it is in Mt. Clemens) and once your bill is paid the service is on befor you even get home, Sometiems yo do have to make a phone call to them but woo woo.

I have had maybe two times where my internet went out (not due to the bill), and we had real bad weather so i ignored it and it came back on in a short amount of time, the cabel never seems to go out, but will get a little fuzzy when the weather is bad but nothing to serious.

I had comcast befor and i hated it the servicce from the employess was awful, the interent would just drop off here and there and then they would tell we r not experienceing trouble at this time.

I had WOW it was $45+ per mo.....but Comcast sent us a card that had a really great deal....it was the Digital, and the On Demand, and a few HBO channels for $29.99 per mo.......BUT for 16 months......we'll deal with that then.....But for now, hey it saved us 15 a mo! We just swiched it this week.
