Nope, it's not.  It's the Halftime, on Ecorse and Mortenview, sort of across the road from the 7-11.  Red building.

 

Husband and I used to be regulars starting in around 2007, but a lot has changed.  Different staff, among other things.  But still a lot of the same patrons on a Saturday night, from what I remember - it's been more than a year.  They are open for business and do have karaoke on Friday and Saturday, but the singing is one of the easiest ways to spread covid (unless masked) and I'm not stepping foot in there.

Oh yep, it is Halftime. Thats the one cause I remember the 711 and the 95 cent burger sign.  I drove her to work in the summer and I just remembered that 711 now. The All-around is kinda close right? Down towards Beech Daly I think? I had it mixed up.

Hopefully we can all do a karaoke thing when this is over though.

Well, I usually rent a Karaoke Box so the only people who have to hear us are the ones we invite...unlike Villains in Canada. 😅

Actually, that's how many posts you made on the forum this past week.

 

Board Domination Week was just something I started back when I first joined DGN.  I didn't really know anyone back then, but I had gotten a reputation for having the most posts on the board from day to day.  As I started learning about the Mods and the members, it became fun just seeing how long I could out posts them.

 

After a while, I decided to turn it into a game to see who would play along with me.  As time passed, it just became a fun habit and my little contribution to the forum.
