Honestly, what gets me is this trend that happens with everything in this world once someone believes they know and understand more than the average individual...there is now the correction of:

 

April Fool's Day

to

April Fools' Day

 

What these brilliant, brainiacs failed to comprehend was the fact that, due to its origins, you DIDN'T want to be known as the April Fool which was just the one individual.  But since it has become an unofficially, commercialized holiday-type celebration, the consensus is that you WANT to celebrate being the April Fool and, therefore, the day now belongs to a multitude of idiots.
