I have had Speakeasy now for a little over 3 years with very few complaints. Their tech support has always been willing to assist me when I have had any troubles. All of the issues I have had have mostly been due to the Ameri(crap)tech phone lines around here with only a few exceptions. The issues I have had have been resolved within a couple hours.

I am currently on their Onelink service. Which doesn't require the normal (land) phone line that the typical dsl service has to have. Their Onelink service is a dedicate DSL line.
