Meeting a nice Lady at work

:devil Almost ten months ago we sold a house to a very nice lady, who never complained at all during the time we were building her house. She was very nice and respectful to everyone. About 4 months ago I cleaned up the garbage and scrap that was in the woods behind her house, she came outside and offered me $40 for cleaning the area. I politely refused it but she kept on insisting I take it. So I took the money and greatly thanked her for it. I never expect anything but respect.
