The Up side........

So Mr. L comes Home yesterday and tells me..........

They put him on payroll and in 90 days he will get insurance, thye pay 40 hours a week in a check and any over time is cash, which is way cool cause he is starting at $12 an hour and well with over time if he makes to much i would loose my Food assitance and i just cant make it right now with out it.

his hours will count 100% for his license and there is allways a chance with the construction/heating cooling/ electrical fields of down/slow times, so we reposted his handy man add to suppliment any down times and well just to make any extra cash for now.

My Husband Has a full time real Job with a regular weekly paycheck. :grin :grin

The truck, well it has 1 day and some hours till it ends on ebay, i have 25 people watching it, so hopefully those 25 get in to a bidding war soon and i make out like a bandit. If it does not sell there i plan to make flyers for Mr. L's buddy to take to work with him, He works at chrysler so hopefully One of those Mopar kinda guys want it.

THe mortage well we have one more payment to make befor we are 100% in the clear and that is due sometime between Aug 5 and AUg 19, they told me Aug 5 and then turned around and told Mr. L Aug 19. So i plan to pay them what ever I have on Aug 5 and then make sure i have the rest in by Aug 19. I hope even if we have gotten some mixed messages or wrong info from them that on AUG 5 they will be happy with what i have to offer. I am trying and well i cant do any more then that. at this point if they realy want to take my house when i only have one payment left then they can be cocks and have it. I am just not going to fight or stress when i call them any more, i have done well and they can just be nice or else.

Me well i am busy busy cleaning out the house, I am working on the kids rooms right now trying to get them all set up with tidy closets and get a count of what they will need for school. If any of you need cloths for your kids let me know and i will be happy to contact you when i am done with sizes n stuff and you are more then welcome to what ever i have that you can use. i have another agenda with this then just being prepared for school, so it WILL get done with in the week.

Other then that i am slowly becoming the Mistress of my Domain again and i like it allot. My house is slowly getting back to where i like to have it, it is not perfect and well it is getting worse as i go through stuff but in the end everything will be nice neat and organized once again. I cant wait this has been driving me nuts for so long, i can live with the un painted walls and all the cunstruction/remodeling stuff but my regular everyday things need to find there way back home.

Ebay is doing well enough for now and i have many more things i would like to sell on there so for now i wll ride the wave and earn my $$ this way it is equal to what i was bringing in waitressing, when i am out of personal stuff i dont want or need any more who knows what i will do, but for now i think it is best MOM is at home keeping things on the right path.

Some how yesterday i felt a sense of peace and calmness as if something changed all of a sudden and all will be okay. I feel good about life in general right now.

You might consider calling the bank and confirming when they want that money. Tell them they told your husband the 19th and you the 5th, and you want to know which.

Hopefully, they won't be dicks anymore, as you've been doing so well getting those huge lump-sum payments in to them.

i was so psyched when i read your post about jons job and everything, made me feel my everything will be okay feeling is more on track then i thought it is. I Still remain a bit skeptical as well shitty things have happened befor but it has been a long time since i have had this feeling. It is GOOD.

Thing r picking up, you have no idea how exciting it wll be to have health insurance again, OMG it has been sooo long. I grew up with insurance, had it till i was married, got married still had it and did all my normal DR appointments and everything, and well for about three years now i ahve not had any and it has drove me nuts. I cant wait to go to the DR, Dentist, AND the big one Get Lestat some new glasses, ughh he broke his other ones a few month ago, fixed them and then they finally did the oh shit they are broke broke at CC the other night, so he has been wearing his old pair and he has been getting really bad headaches.

Im so glad you have positive things happening for you. You guys deserve it.

YA know i spent allot of time thinking i dont deserve what i do have, in some cases i still do, but as time goes on and we bust our asses i think we do deserve to be stress free about bills and it is slowly getting to a nomral level i would say. We still have a long road ahead cause like i isad befor the untilities have been seriosly neglected, but those will be so much easier to take care of once i am not paying obsurd amount to the mortage company.

once we are all caught up it will be nice to bust my ass like this for one hell of a vaction, with the amount we have managed to put out in the past few weeks I would have had one nice ass time at disneyland. Yep that right once i win the super bowl of life I AM GOING TO DISNEYLAND!

i have to keep reminding my self that we are doing very well and we have only borrowed money against time Mr. L would be working and the kids playscape money we had saved ( i feel soo bad about that) that once we are done paying the mortage, that the play scape and everything else will just be a breeze as they all cost way less then the mortage.
