I'm looking for a better home page with a little more graphic design, and I want to change the layout of my main page. I want to make it a little more user friendly. Like, are you on my site to see photos? What kind? Are you looking to hire me? For what? I want to split up the site for more direct users...

I can help on the design end of things. (BFA from CCS in Industrial design plus many years of freelance experience.) I don't have a tone of web/graphic design projects to my name but design is design... Doing HTML and site coding is not something I have experience in though.

Though, to be honest, you should learn some HTML and CSS skills for doing web design. HTML and CSS is the part that deals with the actual presentation of the web site. Javascript, PHP, Perl, etc. are all about dealing with information processing. Increasingly, the IT world is treating these as separate things, and rightfully so!
