From what i gather, the likely suspect is the woman that pretended it was her baby. It won't be difficult to prove due to the blond hair that the dead woman clutched in her hands.

I have full faith that it will be exactly what it appears to be, pre-meditated murder, and kidnapping. Throw in a little child endangerment and fraud for good measure.
