So I had the day off work today and it really sucked so I spoiled myself. I made up some BBQ spare ribs with side of mash potatoes and gravy, my own homemade rolls and steamed veggies. I'm currently nibbling on the left overs. I forgot i could cook if i put my mind to it!!

Mixed nuts (too lazy to cook today) and Pom pomegranate juice. I need some Sprite to mix this juice with but I'm also being too lazy to go to buy any.

Yep, it's yummy mixed that way.

I finally got un-lazy and got some food. Now I'm eating a big bowl of green beans and cornbread. mmm

A nice baked chicken breast with a side of broiled veggies and a Irish cofee. Next on the list is a good scotch whisky on the rocks and restful night.

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      ~~~~~ Definitely wishing you luck.  Do enjoy yourselves.   But I have to admit, the first thing that came to mind was does roadside assistance reach the desert? 😬
      ~~~~~ Yeah, it's like something happened to my metabolism this past Winter and when I came out of hibernation, that AARP Join Request started looking like something to check into.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
