If someone uses your name and gets arrested there isn't much you can do about it.It falls under hindering and it's a misdemeanor punishable by only ninety-six days in jail!But you have to run around like crazy getting fingerprinted and proving that it's not you they arrested!I think this absolutely sucks! I'm going through this now and it really pisses me off!I can't wait to smack my sister for this one!
