in a capitalist society you can buy anything. strong labor unions have officials for sale to help elect politicians who are for sale who make laws. a governmeant not for the people but for sale.

wich is why a powerfull ragime exists all the way from lindon johnson to now

and kennedy got shot

some good friends of mine are upper level politicians, and damm!

democracy is a shallow facade. the theroy sounds like your selling a car when you try to explain it to people.

think of all the evil and wrong leggislation that does nothing but make things wrong. the laws that people bought.

on a different note knowing that thats how are world has allways worked wouldn't you feel proud to influence laws that way if you ever did. just like you show off a new car.

"Hey we just saved a bunch of money by burying our toxic waste in romulas."

like its a commercial :fear

I tried politics myself for a minute and all of em around me know it's a game

you got to break eggs to make an omlet thay say.

democracy ? the world wouldn't turn without capitalism

I think it could if everyone had computers and a voice to be heard. Or went to voting stations and we didn't use elected officials at all. But that won't happen for a while (if ever).

Are you talking a true democracy or a republic?

      ~~~~~ Wow.  I hope that works out for you.  Will you be moving your ranch there?
      I'm thinking I'm going to be moving to AZ, soon! Can't wait! I friggin' love it here! The heat doesn't bother me at all and the best part? NO SNOW!!! (S.N.O.W. - Shit  No One Wants)   Been staying in Bullhead City where the kids and grandkids live. Next, we're going to the wife's cousin's which is a ways North of Kingman, in the middle of nowhere, where we actually plan to move.   I really like Bullhead. It's a nice little town. Not overcrowded like Colorado Springs has become, at all. Very light traffic, reasonable prices on everything, low taxes, etc. The river offers a lot to do, with a lot of beaches and campgrounds all around it.   But yeah even though we've been over 110º-115º F just about every day,  I can handle it!  What I can't handle anymore, is snow and being cold. Just tired of it. Give me the desert over a blizzard any day!
      Nope, we wasn't doing anything. I didn't want to go by myself.  I ended up doing karaoke here. It would of been a perfect day to go, though.
