I'm headed to Ren Fest this Saturday, and I was checking to see if anyone else was planning on going.

Keep in mind, I personally am going with family, so I can't offer a ride or anything. I was just checking to see if any other DGNers might be up there, so maybe I could meet up, say hi, share a cup of mead.

Also, I make at least one stop if not more to the Ded Bob show. I'm leaving home around 12ish.

I am going to try and go most weekends this year if all possible. I am planning on attending Sunday when I come back from Indy around 1pm. Next weekend is likely as well since i have a 3 day weekend then. I'll offer rides if people need it. I can fit comfortably 3 more people in my Focus. Message me if you need a ride. First message first serve though as I cannot get everyone in there lol.

I hope to go sometime this year. Like Msterbeau I am receiving a free pass for donating blood Just an FYI, at my work I can get discounted passes (like you can at most places) 13 & over $13.50, 5-12 $5.50

(Of course I'm in Westland and it may be a little hard to coordinate buying the passes.. but I can also get Cedar Point tickets for $33.50 (Adult) and soak city $23)

Sorry... I have a strict "no Renfest" policy. With the internet and or Mail order, I have no reason to drive all the way out there to get "robbed" at every turn and be anoyed at those who are being paid to be there. I guess I just have had bad times there and dont like spending my money on that stuff... Thats not to say everyone else isnt going to have a great time there...
