The Gaza Strip is a sh*thole, from what I understand and nothing but a thorn in the side of the Israeli government.

This pullout is Israels attempt to get to work on some kind of settlement with the Palestinians.

The main problem will the West Bank, which Israel will never let go, nor do I believe they should at this point in time.
