yes. I can think of 4 DGN couples off the top of my head. I met MsMaldoror on this site, she sent me a message saying she had a crush on me. Now we live together. :grin

Dispite the DGN hate on some peoples part, DGN is just a communication tool , just a different sort than many people are used to.

Would be the same as saying , for instance "i met someone, and due to telephone technology , it worked out more than it probably would have without that technology"

I've definitely met various S.O.s over the past, if not "only" because of DGN, at least, partially , it ended up turning into more because of DGN.

Beyond that i NO QUESTION have made several good friends, that i doubt i would have ever met without DGN. Heck DGN is the only way i can keep track of so many people at least somewhat. No other medium would allow this, not even email. It would just be too cumbersome.

Thats the main thing that keeps me working on this unpaid 30+ hour a week job despite the occasional drama that flares up from time to time and massive headache it can be at times. If this was just a random message board with faceless , random flamers, it wouldnt be worth all the trouble.

I'd close this whole place down tommrow if , i didnt think it helped at least a few people make friends and/or meet potential loved ones at least to some degree. =)

(DGN isnt intended to be a "dating service" but if people find dates , via DGN... hell, great)
