Head Wreck Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 I've introduced a friend where i work to a few industrial and EBM acts recently, Razed in Black and Assembelage 23 are the more prolific i've loaned him he's come back to me that thier very good workout songs, helps him get into a better rhythym on the punchbag, skipping rope or runners and help him golonger (as he's paying more attention to music than how hard he's pushing himself) and it got me thinking. do you have any particular stuff you listen to when working out. when trianing with single weapon i find really fast electronic stuff helps me keep my pace up better. whereas the punchbags i find metal to be better suited. anyone have any thoughts
Paper Hearts Posted August 30, 2005 Posted August 30, 2005 Try Archers Of Loaf http://www.aliasrecords.com/archersofloaf.htm I find they're pretty good for that-
DarkVampire Posted August 31, 2005 Posted August 31, 2005 Techno and dance mostly. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Same here or very aggressive heavy metal to get psyched up.
SomeDanGuy Posted August 31, 2005 Posted August 31, 2005 Electro-industrial usually. (Sometimes Rammstein because I love them so much) Depending on what phase you catch me in, I've been stuck on: A23, Cut.Rate.Box, Flesh Field, and most recently Funker Vogt

kellygrrrrrl Posted October 5, 2005 Posted October 5, 2005 I go with more of a slower beat.....becuase I am out of shape. I like to run in place and do jumping jacks and jump rope to the Ramones. Simple, yet bouncy and fun. I like to excerdance to Punk and Funk. :peanutbutterjellytime
