cptdeath Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 THATS ALONG TIME in flavor country an exercise program is for you my friend now i understand that outburst in the politics thread if you begin an exercise program with running it will suck but the results will be so noticable you'll love it you will see. what you do today will show in two weeks time. run/ walk on a tredmill at the rec for 1/2 hour don't worry about time or spead or distence streach first or pay. watch t.v. while running on a tred mill every other day. you'll not even be able to smoke in two weeks time. inside a month you'll need to upgrade to two wemon a night every night. it's better to do cardio then lift weights second. take up boxing or professional wrestling next time you want a cigerete just blow someones mouth out and you'll feel better.
cptdeath Posted September 15, 2005 Posted September 15, 2005 How do you eliminate CO2 from the body? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> stupid oxygen bars. or cardio arobic exercise/ like running
