all this talk of being old at 28 is making it very hard for me to stop feeling old myself, at the same YOUNG age of 28.

Yeah I creak and i crack too, i often wonder if i am going to break, but i have learned that the noises i now make are kinda funny, humor keeps ya young, just learn to laugh at whats funny about your body getting older and it goes allot nicer.
