They say the nose and the lip hurt the worse, I had my nose done.

Anyone had their tongue done? Does it hurt that bad?

Now its funny that u bring this up. We were at roadshow(some headshop) and I was scoping the tongue spikes. I already told wife I wanna get it done in december. Maybe we can play tongue games. Yumm Miserae

I have heard that tongue/mouth piercings can cause issues with gums and teeth. You might want to research on that first.

As for pain. I've heard that nipples are the worst.... and I can corroborate that. :doh

I second this. I've heard scary stories about teeth falling out. As for pain, well the tongue is a lot thicker than the nose, so I'd imagine that would hurt more. Not to be discouraging...

This is very true. My dentist told me so. I like my pretty teeth, so I took it out. As for the pain....no, it doesn't hurt. If it did, I wouldn't have had it done 3 separate times.

I had both .. still have my lip Ive had it for 8 years now ... it didnt hurt .... neither did my tounge. The most painful thing Ive ever had pierced was the back of my neck. But then again I dont know. I havent had my nipples pierced. But my nipples are not sensitive at all.

I thinks it's overrated, but that's just me.

I've had my lip, labret, eyebrow, side of nose, septum, nipple, tongue, different ear piercings, at some point in my life (have the septum now) and the worst for me was the nipple - but I have very sensitive nips.

It's your body, if you want it, do it. Any piercing is going to hurt somewhat because, well, it's a needle going through flesh. Just make sure you breathe when they do it - holding your breath makes its worse.

I have or have had the following:

Ears assorted, the more cartilege you get in to the more it will hurt and the longer it takes to heel and stop being sore.

Left Eye brow done twice, no pain what so ever not during the piercing process or after

Belly done twice Both no major pain but infection likes to set in fast here so ya have to keep it super clean. SEA SALTS, Alcohol (If you can handle the burn) Hibicclens and or betadine

Nipples- i had the left one pierced kept it in for 9 mnths Intial pain was nothing i could not bear but the pain/pressure never went away i think the guy screwed it up casue as soon as i took ti out all pain was gone and lestat was free to play.

Lip right side on the bottom - It hurt and by far my most painful and annoying piercing it was sore for about a week. Heeled nicley but the jeweelry bothered me, i tried several pieces and it still annoyed me when i kissed and i kept bitting it so i took it out. YA ever bite your tounge or inside of your cheek? Imagine that feeling but more intense and perhaps a bit longer time frame for it to go away.

Clit Hood- Feels like you fell of a guys bike and smacked your self on that Ball Breaker BAr. Felt like that for a few hours, then lessed over a three day period until nothing what so ever, not even a burn during urination, no infection or anything else. Surprisingly a very clean and easy piecring. I no longer have it in however due to the fear of it being ripped out and major dmage done :blink Rough sex sucks for these type of piercings

If you are on the East Side I can suggest a Good Guy for your tounge and any other piercings (it is not lestat by the way)

I just called over there to see hwat # they wanted me to give you and there is a problem with the Home Line i guess. I dont have the Work # any more. ANy how i emailed em so as soon as they get abck to me i will let you know the Info. On a side note, i have Gone with Jimmy to Shows/parties and shown of the work he had done on me, i have seen him pierce allot of people and trust him to do my most delicate piercings, He did my Hood, my belly the second time, my tragus the first time lestat did it the second time, my lip, my eye brow. Gawd i wish i had found him when i first started to get pierced.

yes...get it done....girls with pierced tongues are awesome...but obviously there are girls who are awesome without them.

Oh and this is why I won't do it. This guy I know is very fidgetty like me when he accidently bit his and chiped his tooth. Bad. But he mighta been high at the time.......don't know.
