So I get this call where someone just sits there then hangs up on me like a pervert or something.

On my home, not cell phone.

And I call back and it's the comcast service number.

???

They have no reason to call me......

Oh well if it happens again I will talk to a supervisor. Must be a wierd employee.

It could be that they were trying to call a particular number and then realised that they'd dialed the wrong one. Although, simply saying "I'm sorry; I dialed incorrectly" would have solved the issue.
