He should be forced to watch footage of his own torture sessions, and killings, and rapes and murders.  Over and over again.  for as many years as he has done it, all the while having his eyes permanently open to watch the whole time.  Eventually he would go insane from lack of sleep.  He would be in misery for a very long time.  Then once we decide that that is too little of punishment, cut his body with razors all over and put him in raw sewage and let the microbials eat him away....all the while becoming exremley ill and diseased...
