I don't know of any cats that need to be kicked, ever.

I can't really say the same for men, as a whole. Of course, I also can't say the same for women as a whole, either, so the kitties make out better either way.

Facial Hair does not make a man. Its his heart and his brain and his ability to step away from the other ignorant fools in the crowd. A man treats everyone with respect, and does not dive in at the first site of a fight. Manhood is an earned thing. Which I also think Womanhood is also. Neither can be considered just because of age. You can be 43 and still be one of those people that has never grown up, too. Anyways, thats just my opinion.

Most of these things do not make men...they make human beings. As far as leading goes, though, I think most times it takes more in the way of personal character to recognize that you shouldn't be leading and let whoever is more capable for the situation do so.
