Sugar skulls

They arn't turning out so good. The dough..not smooth enough. The sugar gets all over the kitchen.......what a mess! And when I put the skull on the cutting board it flattens. Now the peices won't fit together! Ugh! I am going crazy.

Anyone ever make these? I think I should have gone with a smaller size as I got the 5 inch mold.

I have no clue what you are talking about. But the culinary part of me is very curious. Is there a website that has a pic and directions? I guess I could google it, but I have to leave soon and will forget about it later. Thats how I am.

Sugar Skulls are mostly used for Día De los Muertos (Day of The Dead) (Nov 1st)

Thanks, those are neat! *giggles* For some reason I feel silly now. I guess because I said neat???
