One room avalible in my house in Lansing. Great location, All utilities and ammenities are included. My house is about 2000 square feet, 1.5 baths 3 bedrooms, game room, walk out deck and laundry facilities. Rent is $350 a month no lease and for that you get full run of the house plus heat/water/ high speed internet/satilite tv the works. The room is open immidately and is ready for move in Nov 1st. If your intrested, PM me and well set up a walk thru. This is a great oppurtunity for someone coming out to east lasning for school or looking for a good place to live for cheap. Not a lot of goth/alternative nightlife out here but you can always tag along with me!!

Aggg... fricking roomates.... Ok so I have my room open again in East Lanisng. Long story short I had someone move in that neglected to, ummm you know pay, for the room becasue the unnamed party spent it on what appears to be weed according to the court summonds that showed up at my door. Anyway, if anyone is coming out to MSU or LCC for the spring semester and needs a hook up on a pet friendly house for cheap, im ask 325 all inclusive for a room in my house. You get the works included in that price so all you need to come up with is food to feed yourself and a bed to sleep in and i have the rest covered. I rent month to month no commitment.
