CC/Mephisto car pooling

In the spirit of saving gas, I wouldnt mind car pooling people that are in the area or accompany anyone heading there. Secondly, last time I went to CC, I had some person trying to follow me back to my car. Since the area is kinda shady, it might be best to at least go in pairs. :fear

I've had no real issues when I was a regular and went by myself every weekend. But, having a carpool is always good on the gas $. I'll have to PM you if I intend to go out then. Might go to Mephisto's tonight depends on how I feel later.

With my current lack of a truck, all I can do is get rides until I find a permanant one. The owner has been getting me and I'm way out of his way. I think I should just quit going and go on vacation? No too many people expect to see me there.

When I get a new vehicle rest assured I'll be giving rides though.

I wouldn't mind car pooling... I live in Owosso and can pick up people on the way to CC... Just PM me and I'll let ya know if I plan on going... I guess if enough people wanna ride and willing to spot me for gas, I'll be more willing to make the drive.

Carpooling is always a good idea, for everyone involved.

That's why I set up a central location for people to list their information so they can find others in their area who are interested in going to the same events. The rideboard is not about me, it is about everyone helping each other. Everyone wins.

Lots of people check the MI Goth - Industrial Rideboard, but in order for it to work to its full potential, more people need to list their carpooling ride wants and / or offers. The more people sign up, the more likely people will find people to carpool with .

Obviously people should use their judgement in accepting or offering rides to strangers, but I've never had any problems myself. I wish everyone luck !

I wouldn't mind sharing the ride from the Downriver area. My problem is lack of cash to go to CC with my hours cut but If I get a chance to go, I'll share the ride.
