Okay, I am likely to be the most irresponsible person in the world. Always have been, always will be.

So.....last week, I lost my cell phone. And I have looked everywhere. All the places I went that day, in my car, in the street, everywhere.

I can & will get a new phone soon, but unfortunately, I've lost ALL of my phone numbers. So please, if you know that I had you phone number, or if you would like me to have it, send me your info via email or PM. This way, I can continue to pester you all.

Have you tried calling your own phone? Maybe someone will answer and be honest and return it to you. (Longshot, I know, but I'm being optimistic...)

Can the company triangulate it with GPS and locate it for you? Maybe I watch too damned much CSI...

I once had to call my (prior) cell phone company. I was connected to a call center in India with someone who could not seem to understand one word I was saying. (One reason I switched to T-Mobile). I can just imagine trying to explain to them I wanted them to locate my phone, hehe.

That is an interesting idea though. If they would agree to do that I would be very much impressed, but I have a feeling those type of resources aren't used unless someone is in danger or lost or something and calling on their phone at the time.
