My point is (or what I was going for was) that it doesn't fit the crime. It's a bit overkill.

Now if he was forced to look at some girl/person that offended him, then that would fit the crime. But yeah I'm sure he'll either learn his lesson or get a good lawsuit in for them not being able to hit their target lol.
