I am considering booking DJ Coppertop in January. What I am curious about is do you want to hear her again at the Necto. I am trying to bring in more national DJ's this year. I am just curious who you want to hear. Please also tell me if their is anyone you think I should bring in.

I would like the input from those of you who do come out on what you you like to see this year at the Necto. We have a fantastic management that actually cares about their customers.Think out of the box and we'll make this a great year.

I don't know of DJ's the music all tends to sound the same to me anyway (no offense). I think you have a great set up to mix in some danceworthy live artists from 9 to 11, say the first Monday of each month??

The first time DJ Coppertop came out it was fantastic! But, the second time I saw her I wasn't as impressed as the first. I just didn't feel as much energy the second time.

I like guest DJ's, but it depends on what gets played. Personally, I'm more a fan of synpop/EMB when I go to the club because it's fun to dance to.

Shouldn't the clubs be telling us what is 'cool' rather than the other way around? That is, use your position to set the trend.

Good music and cheap drinks is all the people want.

NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The crowd decides what's cool, always. This is why the Billboard Top 40 sucks as people have no taste.

OK it all doesn't suck, just most of it. It all sounds pretty much the same now as far as production.

Like Rock & Roll, we'd never have that because "they" would never have come up with it on their own since most of "them" hated it when it got big.

Wait, what you said was sarcasim right?

Nevermind...

I have to say that after all the hype I was not impressed with coppertop.

If you ever get the chance to bring back hellraver, I'm there. :grin
