A game of sorts, more like music trivia

The idea is that below are the first lines of 25 songs chosen through random selection from my harddrives music collection. Your mission is to name the song and band from the opening lines.

This batch should be relatively easy for you guys, but not all of them are Goth/Industrial/EBM/Polka/recordings of washing machines.

People who cheat and look up lyrics on the internets will have a squad consisting of Phee, Game of Chance, and Zhukov sent to their house for "re-educational" procedures.

Edit: If anyone is able to correctly guess #7 without looking it up somewhere, I will personally kiss you. Or buy you a drink, if you prefer.
