Satellite Radio

I think this is the right forum, but if not, I'm sure it'll be moved...

Anyhow, as the title suggests...does anyone have satellite radio? I got my XM about two years ago...I'll never switch to Sirius, as the channels there seem to suck, and I will never, EVER go back to 'regular' radio...

We have Sirius, and we feel the same way about XM.

I think it all depends on what you started with. There are good things on both.

I'm pissed that Air America left Sirius for XM.

We are currently pissed at Sirius and not in service at the moment. We closed the bank account with which we had a Visa debit, and don't have a credit card currently as a result. I called them to see if they would send us a paper bill, and the rep said, "Sorry. The only way I can bill you by mail is if you buy a 2 year prescription." That was totally out of the question, and I told him I couldn't afford that. Then, all of a sudden, it changes to, "well, I can doit with a 1 year paid prescription." And still, I had to say I couldn't afford that, so I guess he'd just have to transfer me to the cancellation department. And he did. But I hung up before the transfer went though.

Then, a month later, I get a fucking paper bill in the mail. And the next month, another one.

I'm still pissed about the lying in attempt to sell us yearly prescriptions. And our Sirius-ready stereo was stolen last month. So I'm not in a hurry to pay the 2 months we owe and renew our service.

WE had purchased a portable receiver that works through an FM channel when we bought another car earlier this year. We sold that car, and still have the receiver. We could use that if we wanted to, but we'll bide our time.

I had xm but i quit making payments I am going get it back, thou. I liked the liquid metal station and Fred.

my man was super devistated when Stern was gone.

I bought him Sirius subscription for 2 years (I think it was a 2 year plan?)and the reciever for our 1 year anniversary.

It came in very handy when we drove down to Florida!

No static, no country, and Stern all day and night!

He LOVES it.

The only reason I didn't concider XM was No Stern.....

I JUST HOPE XM provides me Drew and Mike. I personnally do not care for Stern after his spat with Ted Nugent.
